Welcome and thank you for interest in my psychotherapy practice!
Since you are visiting my website, I assume you consider to seeking professional help with something that is bothering you. Perhaps depression, anxiety, painful feelings, difficulties with communication, or recurring problems in your marriage and primary relationships are casting a shadow over your daily existence, depleting your energy, and preventing you from appreciating your self and others. Maybe memories of painful experiences from present, or past, neglect, betrayal, and abuse prevent you from enjoying life.
Regardless your reason for seeking help, psychotherapy or counseling can be a healing journey of self-discovery, through which moving out of the shadow of difficulties, into the light of better understanding and acceptance of self is possible.
- If you struggle with the lingering effects of past or present trauma, physical, emotional, or sexual abuse, psychotherapy can help making sense of how and why experiences stored in your biological, psychological, and spiritual memory continue to cause existential difficulties, and provide new and effective tools for restoring vitality and potential for fulfillment of your dreams.
- Perhaps you are fighting battles with depression, anxiety, fear, low self-esteem, negative self-talk, panic, or indefinable worries. Counseling can provide the skills needed to feel better, to make more informed choices, and to deal with your problems in a more self-enhancing way.
- Maybe difficult life transitions, such as medical issues, family illness, divorce, betrayal, aging, or retirement have become overwhelmingly painful and discouraging to you. Reaching out for professional counseling can help validate and ease your pain, offer new ways of dealing with what hurts, and provide emotional support when needed the most.
- When alcohol, drugs, food, shopping, gambling, or compulsive use of the cyber space no longer provide moments of relaxation and emotional relief, but instead create anxiety, fear, emptiness, spiritual meltdown, problems in relationships, numbness and emotional isolation, psychotherapy can give you tools to master impulses, restore dignity, respect, and intimacy in primary connections.
“Each day, we’re given many opportunities to open up or shut down. The most precious opportunity presents itself when we come to a place where we think we can’t handle whatever is happening.”

I offer a safe place for healing, support, and guidance as we explore how your personality, feelings, relationships, and beliefs about yourself and others have been influenced by your experiences. Individual psychotherapy and couple's counseling can help in identifying and understanding recurring patterns in your personal life and relationships; provide new tools to promote change; offer healing, hope, and mindfulness to living a more satisfying and happier life. Your past and present difficulties do not have to continue control your mood, thoughts, connections, and choices. As your therapist, I am committed to helping you reach your goals, and to live a happier life.
I would be pleased to meeting with you in person so you can get a sense of who I am, how it feels to be with me in the room, and if I would be the right therapist for you.
