Appointments and Cancellation Policy
My practice is located in The Agency Center Building, 402 South, 333rd Street, Federal Way, 98003 (close to Federal Way Community Center and Federal Way City Hall).
My office hours are:
10 AM - 7 PM on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays
09 AM - 3 PM on Fridays
09 AM -12 PM on Saturdays.
Once we have scheduled an appointment, the time we have agreed upon is reserved especially for you! If you are unable to keep an appointment, please notify me as soon as you can. If you cancel an appointment with more than 24 hours notice, that provides me time to protect my income and fill the space, and you will not be charged. However, if you cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours notice, or if you miss an appointment entirely, you will be responsible for paying for the missed appointment at our next session. Also note, that insurance companies do not reimburse for missed appointments.
Please arrive thirty minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment to complete the necessary paper work.

If you are interested in attending Group Therapy, please note that I meet with every group member for an individual session before admission to the group. After our first phone consultation, and your request to schedule an intake session, I will mail you intake forms and a service agreement, which need to be completed and brought to our first meeting.
In cases where your insurance provider reimburses you for all or some of the costs of therapy, I will provide a monthly statement for you to submit to your insurance provider.
