Appointments and Cancellation Policy

My practice is located in The Agency Center Building, 402 South, 333rd Street, Federal Way, 98003 (close to Virginia Mason Hospital).

My office hours are:  
9 AM - 6 PM Monday, Tuesday, Thursday
9 AM - 1 PM Friday  
9 AM -11 PM Saturday.

Once we have scheduled an appointment, the time we have agreed upon is reserved especially for you! If you cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you are responsible for paying the full fee for the missed session. Also, be aware that insurance companies do not reimburse missed appointments.

Please arrive thirty minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment to complete the necessary paper work.

I accept checks, credit and debit cards, and cash, and request that payment be made at the beginning of each session. Ask about insurance at our initial phone consultation as I am a contracted provider for some insurance companies.
